摘要

Abstract

To address the limitation of conventional evaluation methods that fail to fully reflect human thermal sensation under dynamic wearing conditions,this study proposes a comprehensive analysis approach integrating non-steady-state thermal experiments with subjective user perception assessment.Four down jackets with varying filling materials and structural designs were selected as test samples.Real-time temperature data from key body areas(chest,abdomen,shoulders,and lower back)were collected using Pt1000 sensors,while participants simultaneously provided subjective comfort ratings.The study analyzed the correlation and divergence between non-steady-state experimental data and user perceptions.The results showed that both the rate of temperature rise and the steady-state temperature obtained from non-steady-state experiments were highly correlated with subjective evaluations.However,there were significant differences in thermal sensitivity among different body regions.In particular,the abdomen and chest areas demonstrated greater sensitivity to changes in temperature.Based on these findings,the study proposes optimization strategies for material-structure matching in down jacket design,focusing on thermally sensitive body regions.This research offers a more scientific and comprehensive approach for evaluating dynamic thermal insulation performance in functional apparel design.
