双花漱口方改善外科术后禁食患者口腔健康状况的效果观察
Effects of Shuanghua Mouthwash Formula on Improving Oral Health Status in Postoperative Fasting Patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of Shuanghua Mouthwash Formula in postoperative fasting patients.Methods From December 2023 to January 2024,60 patients hospitalized for surgery at a Grade Ⅲ-A hospital in Shanghai were selected by convenience sampling.The control group(n=30)rinsed their mouths with normal saline and the test group(n=30)used Shuanghua Mouthwash Formula.Patients'oral health status,thirst level and oral colony count were assessed before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the test group showed better oral health status,lower thirst levels,and lower oral colony counts compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05 for all).Conclusion Shuanghua Mouthwash Formula significantly improves oral health status,reduces thirst levels and inhibits the proliferation of oral colonies in postoperative fasting patients.关键词
