响应面法优化金线莲苷提取工艺及其抗氧化活性研究
Optimization of Kinsenoside extraction using response surface methodology and evaluation of its antioxidant activity

Abstract
To optimize the extraction of Kinsenoside,ultrasound-assisted ethanol extraction was applied,and conditions were optimized using single-factor experiments and response surface methodology.The optimized parameters were ethanol concentration 13%,ultrasound temperature 47℃,ultrasound time 34 min,and solid-to-liquid ratio 1∶20,yielding an extraction rate of 24.81%.Stability tests showed that after 30 days of high temperature or light exposure,glycoside content decreased by 21.89%and 29.52%,respectively.Antioxidant activity assays indicated IC50 values of 1.16,1.40,and 11.61 mg/mL for scavenging DPPH,ABTS,and hydroxyl radicals,respectively,demonstrating strong antioxidant activity.These findings provide a theoretical basis for the development and application of Kinsenoside in cosmetics.关键词
