老年糖尿病住院患者认知衰弱现状及影响因素分析
Analysis of Current Cognitive Frailty and Its Influencing Factors in Elderly Inpatients with Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract
Objective To investigate the current cognitive frailty and its influencing factors in elderly inpatients with diabetes mellitus,aiming to provide a reference for preventing cognitive frailty and developing effective clinical interventions.Methods A total of 564 elderly diabetes mellitus patients hospitalized at Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital from December 2023 to November 2024 were selected by convenience sampling.Fried's Frailty Phenotype(FP),Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)and Clinical Dementia Rating(CDR)were used to investigate the incidence of cognitive frailty and its influencing factors.Results Cognitive frailty was present in 92 patients,with an incidence of 16.3%.Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that sex,age,body mass index(BMI),nutritional status and diverse intellectual activities were influencing factors for the occurrence of cognitive frailty in elderly inpatients with diabetes mellitus(P<0.05 for all).Conclusion Elderly inpatients with diabetes mellitus are prone to cognitive frailty.Sex(female),advanced age(≥70 years),high BMI(24.0-27.9 kg/m²)and malnutrition are high-risk factors,while diverse intellectual activities are protective factors.Nurses should strengthen early interventions for high-risk populations to improve their quality of life and reduce the incidence of cognitive frailty.关键词
