Abstract
Water-soluble calendula officinalis L.extract was prepared using reverse-phase macroporous resin column chromatography combined with membrane separation techniques.The antioxidant,soothing,and repair activities of the extract were evaluated using DPPH·and ABTS·radical scavenging assays,hyaluronidase inhibition assay,and cell scratch assay.Results showed that 5%calendula officinalis L.extract(1 475 μg/mL)exhibited inhibition rates of 94.75%and 99.35%against DPPH·and ABTS·radicals,respectively,demonstrating strong antioxidant activity.Additionally,5%calendula officinalis L.extract inhibited hyaluronidase by 66.72%,indicating notable soothing effects.In the cell scratch assay,1%extract(295 μg/mL)achieved a wound healing rate of 30.20%,reflecting substantial repair efficacy.Furthermore,HaCaT cell viability assays confirmed that the calendula officinalis L.extract exhibited good biological safety.关键词
