Research on Urban Function Development of Comprehensive Railway Passenger Transport Hub Based on Integrated Benefit and Carbon Emissions
摘要
Abstract
Based on the sustainable development concept and the economic development level,a measurement model for the urban function development volume of a dual-objective comprehensive railway passenger transport hub was established.A calculation method for economic and social benefit was formulated. The carbon emission process during the hub operation was analyzed, and a measurement method for the carbon emission amount was proposed. The scalarization method was used for dimensionless processing of the objective function, and the dual-objective programming was converted into single-objective programming. The model was solved via linear programming methods to obtain the urban function development volume under different preferences.By taking Chongqing Shapingba Hub as an example, the consistency between solution results and actual development volume was analyzed to verify the model's validity and practical significance. The results show that the actual development scale is highly close to the maximum development volume calculated by the model, with a deviation of only approximately 3.67%.This indicates that the decision-making preference is more inclined to benefit maximization rather than absolute carbon emission amount control. The established model can simultaneously consider integrated benefits and carbon emission amount, providing effective references for hub development and programming.关键词
