湿法炼锌渣协同处理铜熔炼渣的工艺流程设计
Process Flow Design of Zinc Hydrometallurgy Slag Synergistic Treatment of Copper Smelting Slag

Abstract
Aiming at the industrial problems of low recovery rates of zincand lead in copper smelting slag,difficult copper recovery and high treatment energy consumption in zinc leaching residue,a synergistic treatment process of"hot energy supply-reductive volatilization-slow cooling-flotation"was developed.Using copper smelting slag and zinc leaching residue as raw materials,combined with sulfiding agent and flux,the mixture of pulverized coal and air was introduced for reaction at 1150℃~1300℃.Zinc and lead were recovered through gas phase,while copper,gold and silver were recovered through slag phase.The core of the process is to utilize the physical heat of hot copper smelting slag to reduce energy consumption and realize the graded recovery of multi-metals through parameter regulation.The recovery rates of zinc and lead can reach over 80%,the total copper recovery rate exceeds 85%,providing a feasible path for the resource utilization of the two metallurgical waste residues.关键词
