瓜蒌皮的药食两用探析
Exploration of dual use of Trichosanthis Pericarpium for medicine and food purposes

Abstract
As a traditional Chinese medicine,Trichosanthis Pericarpiumhas attracted more and more attention for its"homology of medicine and food"property.In this review,the name source,medicinal and therapeutic history of Trichosanthis Pericarpium were studied by systematically combing the ancient herbal books,Chinese Pharmacopoeia and modern research results,and its modern development and application status were reviewed.These results showed that Trichosanthis Pericarpium had the effects of clearing heat and resolving phlegm,benefiting Qi and broadening chest.Modern pharmacological studies confirmed that it had activity in dilating coronary artery and reducing blood lipid.In terms of application,Trichosanthis Pericarpiumhas been widely used in Xuefu Zhuyu ointment,Danlou tablets and other medicines,and has derived 12 kinds of innovative food and health products such as wine,tea,beverage and effervescent tablets,showing good application potential.However,there are still some problems in related research,such as lack of systematic clinical data,lack of deep processing technology,and low standardization of dosage forms and doses.This review believes that Trichosanthis Pericarpium meets the selection criteria for medicinal and edible homologous substances,and it is recommended to be included in the Medicinal and Edible Homologous List,and to promote its scientific development and rational application in the field of high-value health products by strengthening evidence-based medicine research,standardizing dosage forms and doses,and deepening active ingredient extraction and product development.关键词
