脉络宁口服液联合小剂量美托洛尔治疗老年冠心病合并心律失常患者的临床观察
Clinical Efficacy of Mailuoning Oral Liquid Combined with Low-Dose Metoprolol for Senile Coronary Heart Disease and Arrhythmia

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Mailuoning Oral Liquid combined with low-dose metoprolol for senile coronary heart disease(CHD)and arrhythmia.Methods A total of 86 patients with senile CHD and arrhythmia admitted to Shandong Second Provincial General Hospital between March 2022 and March 2024 were enrolled and divided into a control group and a treatment group using a random number table,with 43 cases in each group.All patients received basic treatments including antiplatelet aggregation,lipid-lowering,and antihypertensive therapy,alongside low-dose metoprolol,while the treatment group additionally received Mailuoning Oral Liquid.After treatment for 4 weeks,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.The following parameters were assessed before and after treatment:vascular elasticity indicators[carotid-femoral pulse wave velocity(cfPWV),and brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV)],24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram results,myocardial injury markers[serum creatine kinase(CK),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),and N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)],as well as cardiac function indicators[left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)].Results After treatment,baPWV and cfPWV were decreased in both groups(P<0.05),with both indicators being significantly lower in the treatment group(P<0.05).The number of ventricular premature beats(VPBs)and the ratio of VPBs to total heartbeats in a 24-hour period were decreased,while the QTc interval was increased in both groups(P<0.05),with these changes being more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).Serum CK,LDH,and NT-proBNP levels were decreased in both groups,with these levels being significantly lower in the treatment group(P<0.05).Additionally,LVEDD and LVESD were decreased,while the LVEF was increased in both groups(P<0.05),with these changes being more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate was 90.70%(39/43)in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than 72.09%(31/43)in the control group(P<0.05).During treatment,the total incidence of adverse reactions was 9.30%(4/43)in the treatment group,not significantly different from 4.65%(2/43)in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion For senile CHD and arrhythmia,Mailuoning Oral Liquid combined with low-dose metoprolol can significantly improve vascular elasticity,reduce arrhythmia symptoms,down-regulate myocardial damage marker levels,and improve cardiac function,with significant efficacy and a high safety profile.关键词
