基于扩展计划行为理论的城中村慢性病自我管理系统设计研究——以城中村中老年人为例

Abstract
Aiming at the problem of insufficient self-management compliance of middle-aged and elderly patients with chronic diseases in urban villages,this study integrates the theory of planned behavior and the HOOKED model to construct an extended behavior theory framework.Taking the middle-aged and elderly patients with chronic diseases in urban villages in Guangzhou as the object,semi-structured interviews,questionnaires and structural equation model were used to identify the key factors affecting their self-management behavior.Based on the analysis of 201 valid questionnaires,it is found that behavioral attitude,subjective norm,perceived behavioral control and reward all have significant positive effects on behavioral intention.Although input has no direct impact,it has an indirect effect by enhancing cognitive mediation.Based on this,the'trigger-reward-input'trinity design strategy is proposed,and the'Kangban'APP is developed for practical verification.The SUS score of the usability test was 85.83,which was in the'excellent'level,confirming that the strategy can effectively cross the digital divide and improve management compliance.This study provides a theoretical basis and practical path for the design of aging health management products in special scenarios.关键词
