数字政府赋能经济与环境协调发展的作用机制研究
Study on the Role Mechanism of Digital Government in Enabling the Coordinated Development of the Economy and the Environment

Abstract
This paper empirically examines the impact mechanism of digital government construction on the coordinated develop-ment of economy and environment and its spatial spillover effect based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2010 to 2022.It is found that digital government construction not only significantly promotes the coordinated development of economy and environment in the local region,but also drives the coordinated development of neighboring regions through spatial spillover effects.Mechanism analy-sis shows that industrial structure optimization and green technology innovation play an important role in the transmission of digital gov-ernment empowerment.Heterogeneity analysis finds that the effect is more prominent in the eastern region and regions with higher lev-els of digital government construction.The findings provide a reference for a deeper understanding of the role of digital governance in regional sustainable development.关键词
