精神疾病患者病耻抵抗的概念分析
Conceptual Analysis of Stigma Resistance among People with Mental Illness
摘要
Abstract
Objective To define the concept of stigma resistance in patients with mental illness.Methods Rodgers'evolutionary concept analysis was used to analyze literature on stigma resistance in patients with mental illness in databases including CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,and PsycINFO,with a retrieval time spanning from database inception to January 24,2026.Results A total of 48 articles were collected,among which 4 were in Chinese and 44 were in English.We identified four antecedent variables of stigma resistance(individual psychological factors,social environmental factors,disease and treatment-related factors,and cultural factors),three attributes(positive resistance at individual level,mutual assistance at peer level,and active challenge at public level),three characteristics(independence from self-stigma,protective effect on rehabilitation outcomes,and dynamic and continuous coping process),and three consequences(subjective experience,cognitive beliefs,and practical actions).Conclusion This study clarifies that stigma resistance in patients with mental disorders is a positive psychological trait independent of self-stigma.It is a dynamic and continuous process occurring at the individual,peer,and public levels,and ultimately generate positive outcomes across three dimensions:subjective experience,cognitive beliefs,and practical actions.关键词
