数据要素对企业可持续发展的影响研究
Research on the Impact of Data Elements on the Sustainable Development of Enterprises
摘要
Abstract
As the core production factor in the digital economy era,data elements are the most important basic and strategic re-sources in today's society,as well as a new engine driving the sustainable development of enterprises.Based on the data of China's A-share listed companies from 2010 to 2022,this paper empirically tests the impact of data elements on corporate sustainable development and analyzes the mechanism from the perspective of data elements empowering traditional production factors.The study finds that data elements exert a significant positive impact on corporate sustainable development.The mechanism test shows that the data elements can improve the sustainable development level of enterprises by alleviating financing constraints,curbing management myopia and promoting firm's green technological innovation.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the influence of data elements on the corporate sustainable de-velopment varies with firm's external environment and internal characteristics.The research conclusions provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for corporate sustainable development in the digital economy era.关键词
