Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Piperacillin Sodium and Tazobactam Sodium in the treatment of children with severe pneumonia.Methods A total of 70 children with severe pneumonia admitted to Sunshine Union Hospital from May 2024 to May 2025 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group using the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The observation group received the treatment with Piperacillin Sodium and Tazobactam Sodium,while the control group received the treatment with Ambroxol Hydrochloride.The levels of serum inflammatory factors,pulmonary function indicators,and disappearance time of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of inflammatory indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pulmonary function indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Piperacillin Sodium and Tazobactam Sodium can effectively improve the treatment effect of children with severe pneumonia.关键词
