Advances in the application of constrained condylar knee prosthesis in total knee arthroplasty
摘要
Abstract
This paper reviews the advances in the application of the condylar constrained knee(CCK)prosthesis in total knee arthroplasty(TKA).By conducting a literature review,we collected and analyzed recent domestic and international studies on CCK prostheses,focusing on their design characteristics,indications,surgical techniques,clinical outcomes,and future directions.The results indicate that the CCK prosthesis has significant advantages in managing severe knee joint pathologies,especially in cases of medial and lateral collateral ligament insufficiency,bone defects,and joint instability.However,its clinical application requires attention to surgical techniques,postoperative rehabilitation,and long-term follow-up.In the future,with continuous technological advancements and innovations,the CCK prosthesis will play an increasingly important role in TKA.关键词
