辨证施针联合耳穴埋豆治疗感染性疾病伴抑郁患者的临床观察
Clinical Efficacy of Syndrome Differentiation-Based Acupuncture Combined with Auricular Acupressure with Seeds for Depression in Patients with Infectious Diseases

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of syndrome differentiation-based acupuncture combined with auricular acupressure with seeds in treating patients with infectious diseases complicated by depression.Methods A total of 100 patients with infectious diseases and comorbid depression,admitted to the First Hospital of Baoding from March 2022 to September 2024 were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group using the random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received anti-infective treatment,symptomatic treatment and psychological counseling.The treatment group received the same intervention as the control group,plus syndrome differentiation-based acupuncture combined with auricular acupressure with seeds.After 10 days of treatment,the clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.The assessments conducted before and after treatment included:depressive status[17-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD-17)score],levels of neurotransmitters[5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),noradrenaline(NE),and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)],and sleep quality[Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score].Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate in the treatment group was 95.83%(46/48),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.86%,38/47)(P<0.05).On the 5th and 10th days of treatment,the HAMD-17 scores for both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Moreover,the HAMD-17 scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group at the same time points(P<0.05).On the 5th and 10th days of treatment,the levels of 5-HT,NE and BDNF in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),with the levels in the treatment group significantly higher than those in the control group at the same time points(P<0.05).On the 5th and 10th days of treatment,the PSQI scores of both groups decreased significantly compared to those before treatment(P<0.05),with the PSQI score in the treatment group significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).During treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions was 10.42%(5/48)in the treatment group and 17.03%(8/47)in the control group,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Syndrome differentiation-based acupuncture combined with auricular acupressure with seeds demonstrates definite clinical efficacy in treating patients with infectious diseases and comorbid depression.It helps improve depressive symptoms,neurotransmitter levels,and sleep quality,while exhibiting a favorable safety profile.关键词
