隔热PS保温材料的制备及其阻燃性能研究
Preparation of PS Thermal Insulation Materials and Research on Their Flame Retardancy

Abstract
Polystyrene(PS)was employed as the matrix,and cobalt-based metal-organic framework(MOF)ZIF-67 was incorporated as a flame retardant to fabricate PS composites for building thermal insulation.Their thermal stability,micro-morphology,mechanical properties,and flame retardancy were subsequently investigated.The results revealed that sample 3,containing a mass fraction of 4%ZIF-67,exhibited optimal thermal stability and uniform distribution of ZIF-67 within the PS matrix.Meanwhile,sample 3 demonstrated the best mechanical properties,with compressive strength,tensile strength,and impact strength of 146 kPa,0.25 MPa,and 0.93 kJ/m2,respectively.Regarding flame retardancy,sample 3 achieved the highest limiting oxygen index(LOI)of 34.7%,attained a flame retardant rating of Class B1,and exhibited excellent combustion performance,meeting the s2 smoke production characteristic grade specified in GB 8624-2012.The prepared PS composites satisfied the standards for building thermal insulation and flame retardant materials.关键词
