丝素蛋白肽在敏感肌护理中的应用与评价
Application and evaluation of silk fibroin peptides in sensitive skin care

Abstract
Sensitive skin,a common skin condition,has become a focus in the skincare field due to its high prevalence and significant discomfort.Individuals with sensitive skin tend to experience discomfort when exposed to physical,thermal,or chemical stimuli.The core pathological mechanism involves the persistent activation of inflammation impaired skin barrier function,and increased neural sensitivity,which interact with each other to form a vicious cycle.Sensitive skin is primarily characterized by two main challenges:excessive inflammation and impaired barrier function.This study investigates the potential applications of silk fibroin peptide SFP,and elucidates its mechanisms of action.Special focus is placed on its synergistic effects in reducing inflammation and repairing the skin barrier. Three models were used for evaluation in this study.First,it employed a zebrafish model stimulated by sodium lauryl sulfate SLS)to assess the in vivo anti-inflammatory effects of SFP.Second,it used a HaCaT cell model to evaluate the impact of SFP on the repair of UVB/H2 O2-induced damage and cell viability.Third,it conducted a human efficacy trial to verify the practical effects of SFP in reducing transepidermal water loss TEWL)and improving skin redness. Results from fluorescence labeling technology tracking penetration behavior showed that the integrated optical density of SFP increased significantly after 12 hours of penetration.In the SLS-stimulated zebrafish model,SFP at concentrations of 0.012%,0.025%,and 0.05%significantly downregulated the gene expression of inflammatory factors TNF-α and IL-1β. In the HaCaT cell model stimulated by UVB 126 μJ/cm2)or H2 O2 150 μmol/L,SFP at concentrations of 0.01%and 0.05%exhibited significant repair effects on UVB-or H2 O2-induced cell damage,with cell viability recovery rates exceeding 90%—an effect superior to that of similar control materials.Further human efficacy tests confirmed that SFP significantly reduced TEWL and the proportion of skin red areas in subjects. In conclusion,SFP not only demonstrates good skin permeability in in vitro models,but also has significant potential for sensitive skin care applications.It achieves this by synergistically regulating inflammatory responses,promoting tissue repair,and enhancing skin barrier function.This study provides a scientific basis for the development of functional cosmetics using SFP to target multiple pathological links of sensitive skin,filling the gap in systematic research on SFP in the field of sensitive skin.关键词
