花椒籽在畜禽生产中的应用研究进展
Research Progress on Application of Zanthoxylum Seed in Livestock and Poultry Production
摘要
Abstract
Zanthoxylum is a kind of perennial deciduous small tree of rutin.It is a kind of spice widely used for seasoning.It is loved by people because of its unique smell.Zanthoxylum has rich nutritional value,but the development and utilization of its by-product Zanthoxylum seed are relatively lacking.Zanthoxylum seed is the main by-product of Zanthoxylum fruit,and its weight accounts for about two-thirds of the total weight of Zanthoxylum.Zanthoxylum seed is rich in a variety of natural substances,which play an important role in traditional Chinese medicine and has a wide range of medicinal value.At present,there are few reports on the role of Zanthoxylum seeds in livestock and poultry,mainly focusing on its application in the fields of food,medicine and cosmetics.The research on the application of animal breeding needs to be improved.This paper discusses the nutritional components,biological functions and application in livestock and poultry of Zanthoxylum seed,and provides reference for the application of Zanthoxylum seed in live-stock and poultry breeding and the development of medicinal value.关键词
