Abstract
Acmella oleracea is an annual leaf vegetable of the Asteraceae family,native to the Amazon region,and serves as an important non-conventional edible plant(Plantas alimentícias não convencionais,PANC)in the area.This plant is rich in active components such as N-alkylamides,triterpenoids,and phenolic acids,exhibiting high nutritional,medicinal,and edible values.Currently,Acmella oleracea has been applied and developed in various fields including food processing,medicine,skincare cosmetics,and plant protection biological pest control.This paper systematically elaborates on the taxonomic status,morphological characteristics,and application value of Acmella oleracea,and details key agronomic points such as cultivation conditions,propagation methods,field management,pest and disease control,and harvesting for market,providing technical references for the further popularization of cultivation,diversified development and application of this species.关键词
