Abstract
In recent years,along with the wave of scientific and technological innovation,China's scientific and technological strength has achieved tremendous improvement.However,the fundamental situation where key core technologies are controlled by others has not changed.The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that we should take the strategic demands of the country as the guide,pool our efforts to carry out original and leading scientific and technological research,and resolutely win the battle for key core technologies.Against this backdrop,enterprises,as the main body of scientific and technological innovation,urgently need to shoulder the responsibility of key core technological innovation.However,in the face of the complex systematic project of key core technology innovation,enterprises must address multiple predicaments such as the scarcity of knowledge resources,the difficulty in breaking through technological bottlenecks,the loose nature of innovation subjects,and the ambiguity of strategic goals.Existing research has explored aspects such as the similarity of technological footprints and the maturity of knowledge,neglecting systematic studies on how data elements provide all-round support for key core technological innovations in the digital age.Therefore,based on the theory of complex adaptive systems,this article comprehensively explores the influence paths of data elements on the key core technological innovation of enterprises from four dimensions:knowledge,technology,subject collaboration,and strategic direction.
This article takes Chinese A-share listed companies from 2007 to 2023 as the research sample.The research shows that the more data elements an enterprise accumulates,the more conducive it is to the innovation of key core technologies of the enterprise,and it is the key driving force for enterprise innovation.Data elements promote key core technological innovation by helping enterprises integrate into knowledge networks,enhance technological diversity,establish strategic alliances and attract government support.For non-state-owned enterprises located in the eastern region and in the growth stage of their life cycle,the more patient capital they possess,the more obvious the promoting effect of data elements on the innovation of key core technologies of the enterprises.Further analysis indicates that the implementation of key core technological innovations by enterprises will encroach upon other innovation resources,and it is necessary to make reasonable innovation plans for enterprise resources.
Compared with existing literature,the innovation points of this article are as follows:First,based on the theory of complex adaptive systems,a theoretical framework for the influence of data elements on the innovation of key core technologies in enterprises has been constructed,providing a new perspective for the research on enterprise innovation.This framework emphasizes that enterprises are the adaptive subjects of innovation and reveals how data elements can trigger dynamic adjustments and continuous optimization of the internal structure and function of the enterprise's innovation system.It provides a theoretical supplement for studying how enterprises can adaptively enhance their technological innovation capabilities in a complex and ever-changing environment,as well as for understanding key core technological innovation systems.Second,the text analysis method was adopted to measure the level of enterprise data elements,and an empirical test was conducted on its relationship with the key core technological innovation of the enterprise.Compared with traditional research methods such as questionnaire analysis,text analysis has demonstrated unique advantages in information extraction,value mining and decision support.Through this method,the level of enterprise data elements can be measured more precisely,thereby ensuring the scientificity and reliability of the research results,and providing strong support for the relevant research on the impact of enterprise data elements on key core technological innovation.Thirdly,a comprehensive analysis was conducted and verified of the mechanism by which data elements influence the innovation of key core technologies in enterprises.Previous studies,when explaining the issues of key core technological innovation,often confined themselves to a single perspective and overlooked the complexity of key core technologies.This article approaches the issue from multiple dimensions such as knowledge network embedding,technological diversification,strategic alliances,and government support,precisely addressing the multiple predicaments that enterprises encounter in the process of key core technology innovation,including the scarcity of knowledge resources,the difficulty in breaking through technological bottlenecks,the loose nature of innovation subjects,and the ambiguity of strategic goals.Thus,it comprehensively analyzes the mechanism of the role of data elements in key core technology innovation.
This study focuses on the multiple predicaments of key core technological innovation in enterprises and systematically explains the path mechanism by which data elements assist in key core technological innovation in enterprises.The research results provide practical and feasible ideas for solving the"bottleneck"problems,and also lay a solid foundation for ensuring national economic security,national defense security and security in many other fields from the root.They also offer a highly valuable Chinese model for developing countries around the world to break through the technological blockade predicament.关键词
