Abstract
High-speed railway tunnels often span long distances and are difficult and risky to construct due to complex geological conditions.This study investigates high-quality construction technologies for such tunnels to enhance their construction quality under complex geological conditions.Taking the No.1 Tunnel of Jiuwandashan as the research subject,this study emphasizes the construction of the side and top slopes.The construction process includes earthwork excavation,surface grouting,pre-reinforcement piles and anchor rod frame beams to achieve the slope construction objectives.During this process,deformation of the surrounding rock in the high-speed railway tunnel is assessed by calculating its compressive strength and the ratio of maximum initial ground stress perpendicular to the tunnel periphery.Having computed the deformation pressure within the deformation zone of the surrounding rock,support measures for the tunnel's surrounding rock are designed based on this pressure to ensure construction quality.Experimental results show that,following the implementation of this technology,the anchor rod compactness in the high-speed railway tunnel exceeds 80%,the anchor hole spacing deviation is minimal,the pile foundation bearing capacity is relatively uniform and the tunnel's overall construction quality is high.关键词
