摘要

Abstract

In this study,a gold-palladium nanozyme system based on polydopamine was constructed.This nanozyme system utilizes polydopamine,which has excellent biocompatibility and facile surface functionalization,as a carrier.Gold and palladium nanoparticles were loaded on its surface via an in-situ reduction method,thereby constructing a nanozyme system with high dispersion and stable structure.The as-prepared gold-palladium nanozyme exhibits multiple enzyme-mimetic activities,which are further enhanced under near infrared laser irradiation owing to the photothermal effect.Cell experiments demonstrated that under near-infrared laser irradiation,the gold-palladium nanozyme could significantly induce tumor cell apoptosis through the synergistic effect of photothermal therapy and catalytic generation of reactive oxygen species,while exhibiting favorable biocompatibility.This study constructed a multifunctional nanoplatform with photothermal-enhanced catalytic activity,providing an innovative strategy for effective tumor treatment.
