Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of echocardiography combined with peripheral vascular ultrasound on early differential diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease.Methods A total of 60 patients with suspected hypertensive heart disease admitted to Ji'an County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2024 were selected as the research objects.All patients underwent echocardiography,peripheral vascular ultrasound alone and combined examination.The detection rates of hypertensive heart disease,left atrial enlargement,left ventricular hypertrophy and cardiac function and structural changes were compared between single echocardiography and combined peripheral vascular ultrasound.The comprehensive judgment results of clinicians were used as the gold standard for diagnosis,and the differences in the efficacy of single echocardiography,single peripheral vascular ultrasound and combined diagnosis were analyzed.Results Among the 60 patients with suspected hypertensive heart disease,56 cases were diagnosed as positive by clinicians,including 51 cases of left atrial enlargement and 47 cases of left ventricular hypertrophy.There were 47 cases of arrhythmia,41 cases of ST-T change,35 cases of aortic elasticity decrease and 36 cases of aortic dilatation.The combined diagnosis of echocardiography and peripheral vascular ultrasound was positive in 55 cases,single echocardiography was positive in 41 cases,and single peripheral vascular ultrasound was positive in 43 cases.Compared with single echocardiography,the detection rates of left atrial enlargement,left ventricular hypertrophy,arrhythmia,ST-T change,aortic elasticity decrease and aortic dilatation were higher in combined diagnosis(P<0.05).In terms of diagnostic efficacy,the accuracy,specificity,sensitivity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of combined examination were better than those of single examination,and the misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate were lower than those of single echocardiography or peripheral vascular ultrasonography(P<0.05).Conclusion For the early differential diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease,echocardiography combined with peripheral vascular ultrasound has high accuracy and clinical application value,which can provide reliable imaging basis for clinical disease assessment and treatment plan formulation.关键词
