Abstract
Aims:For high-brightness,ultra-small size light sources such as laser-driven light sources,the existing measurement systems are of low accuracy due to a mismatch in the field stop.In this study,a calibration method for the spectral radiance of light sources was established;and a spectral radiance measurement system was developed.Methods:The system's radiance responsivity at 405 nm was calibrated using a tungsten lamp;and the system's spectral irradiance responsivity was calibrated using a deuterium lamp(170~200 nm)and a broadband white light source(200~550 nm).The spectral irradiance of the tested light source was normalized at 405 nm and multiplied by the radiance at this wavelength,enabling accurate determination of the spectral radiance over the entire wavelength range.Results:For a light source of 1 W,the relative standard deviation(RSD)of measurement repeatability for radiance at 405 nm was better than 0.44%;and the expanded measurement uncertainty was 9.57%(k=2).Conclusions:The established measurement system and the calibration method realized the spectral radiance measurement of high-brightness,ultra-small sources from the vacuum ultraviolet to the visible range.This work provides technical support for the metrological standardization and industrial application of such light sources.关键词
