基于快速搜索理想基准面的平面度误差评定
A flatness error evaluation method based on quick search of an ideal reference plane

Abstract
Aims:To achieve rapid and high-precision evaluation of flatness errors,a novel method based on the rapid search for an ideal reference plane was proposed.Methods:By establishing a mathematical model and search process,the ideal reference plane of the measured contour was quickly located to evaluate the flatness error.First,the contour data was translated along the Z-axis by a distance L away from the coordinate origin.An initial reference plane passing through the origin was fitted using the three-farthest-point method;and its normal vector was calculated.Based on the farthest and closest points to this plane,the adjustment direction of the normal vector was determined.Subsequently,a reasonable step size was adopted to iteratively calculate the normal vector of the reference plane,enabling the search for an optimized reference plane.Ultimately,the flatness error was minimized in accordance with the minimum zone criterion.Results:The flatness calculation error of the algorithm is less than 1 μm;and the calculation efficiency is improved by more than 6 times,compared with the geometric searching approximation algorithm and intelligent algorithms.Conclusions:The algorithm can quickly realize accurate evaluation of flatness errors,meeting the needs of engineering applications.关键词
