摘要
Abstract
Based on the single 600 MW hydro generator unit of Liyuan Hydropower Station,this paper specifically analyzes the problems in automation instrument management under the background of high automation instrument failure rate and large operation and maintenance workload.Corresponding countermeasures are developed for specific problems and reliably applied.Through the combination of basic ledger,technical supervision,operation and maintenance,inspection and verification,innovation and efficiency creation,and other five aspects,a suitable automation instrument management method has been developed,including transformation,patents,QC,etc.The application of automated instrument management methods has improved work quality and efficiency,ensured the safe and stable operation of the unit,and met the requirements of"unmanned and few personnel on duty".关键词
