立柱式海洋平台时滞模糊输出反馈控制方法
Delayed fuzzy output feedback control for spar-type offshore platforms

Abstract
Aims:This paper aims to study the modeling and delayed fuzzy control problems for spar-type platforms subject to the nonlinear self-excited wave force.Methods:Firstly,we established a relative control model of spar-type platforms with an active tuned heave plate by using Takagi-Sugeno(T-S)fuzzy methods.Then the stability conditions of the spar-type platforms were studied by constructing a Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and using integral inequality methods.Results:The T-S fuzzy model of the spar-type platform systems and the sufficient conditions for the system's asymptotic stability were provided;and a design method for the spar-type platforms delayed fuzzy controller was proposed.Conclusions:Simulation results show that the delayed fuzzy control method proposed can effectively expand the allowable upper limit of system control delay and improve the stability performance of offshore platforms.关键词
