Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of chest pain center construction on the treatment efficacy of patients with a-cute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI).Methods The data of 139 patients with acute STEMI from June 2022 to August 2025 were retrospectively analyzed.According to chronological order, the patients were divided into three groups:group A(9 cases, admitted from June 2022 to May 2023,before the construction of the chest pain center),group B(39 cases, admitted from June 2023 to May 2024,during the early stage of the construction of the chest pain center),and group C(91 cases, admitted from June 2024 to August 2025,during the improvement stage of the construction of the chest pain center). The following time points were compared among the three groups:the time from first medical contact to electro-cardiogram completion(FMC2ECG),electrocardiogram(ECG)diagnostic time, the time from blood draw to result comple-tion for the three myocardial infarction markers(creatine kinase-MB,myoglobin,and troponin),door-to-needle(D2N)time,and door-in-door-out(DIDO)time.Results In the group C,the time of FMC2ECG,ECG,D2N,and DIDO was all shorter than that in the group A and the group B,while the compliance rate was higher than that in the group A and the group B,showing a continuous improvement trend, and difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The stand-ardized development of county-level primary chest pain centers can shorten the emergency treatment time for patients with STEMI.By means of standardized and structured diagnosis and treatment pathways,it can reduce FMC2ECG time,ECG time,D2N time, and DIDO time for STEMI patients, improve the efficiency of emergency treatment for in-hospital STEMI patients, and thereby securing more time for subsequent transfer percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)treatment for STEMI patients.关键词
