肺癌高危人群肺癌核心知识知晓现状及其影响因素
Awareness status and influencing factors of lung cancer core knowledge in high-risk population of lung cancer

Abstract
Objective To study the current status of knowledge about lung cancer among high-risk population and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A survey was conducted among 304 lung cancer high-risk population using a general data questionnaire,the Core Knowledge Questionnaire on Lung Cancer,and the Health Information Literacy Scale,and correlation between lung cancer core knowledge and health information literacy was analyzed.Results The overall awareness rate of lung cancer core knowledge in high-risk population was 67.98%.The score of health information literacy was(16.31±2.98)points.Spearman correlation analysis revealed a positive correlation between lung cancer core knowledge scores and health in-formation literacy levels in lung cancer high-risk population(r=0.474,P<0.01).Univariate analysis demonstrated significant differences in awareness rates across gender,age,education level,occupation type,residence,monthly income,and smoking history(P<0.05).Hierarchical regression analysis showed that gender,age,monthly income,and health information evalua-tion were important predictors of lung cancer core knowledge awareness,accounting for 38.4%of the variance(P<0.01).Conclusion The awareness rate of core knowledge about lung cancer among high-risk population is generally moderate,failing to meet the target of a minimum awareness rate of 70%by 2022 as set out in the Healthy China Initiative(2019-2030).Fur-thermore,the better one's health information literacy,the higher their awareness of core knowledge about lung cancer.This suggests that when conducting health education and popular science activities,it is not only necessary to consider the character-istics of the population but also focus on enhancing their ability to search and evaluate information.关键词
