摘要

Abstract

Aims:This paper aims to investigate the synergistic inhibitory effect of Epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG)and Glabridin(GLA)on melanin production.Methods:In vitro TYR activity inhibition and molecular docking were used to study the synergistic inhibition mechanism of EGCG and GLA on TY R.At the same time,the drug-containing spray was prepared;and the skin melanin production model of C57BL/6 mice induced by UVB was used to evaluate its whitening effect in vivo.Results:The combination index of EGCG and GLA was 0.87.The combination of EGCG with different active'pockets'on the surface of GLA and TYR proteins could significantly reduce skin melanin deposition and inhibit TYR expression.Conclusions:EGCG and GLA can effectively reduce melanin production by synergistically inhibiting TYR activity.
