复方丹参滴丸治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的药效物质基础和作用机制研究进展
Research Progress on the Pharmacodynamic Material Basis and Mechanisms of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills in the Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy

Abstract
The pharmacological effects of compound Danshen dripping pills(CDDP)in the treatment of diabetic reti-nopathy(DR)are attributed to various bioactive constituents,including saponins,phenolic acids,and diterpene quinones.Re-searches indicate that CDDP exerts therapeutic effects against DR through multiple pathways,such as protecting vascular endothelial cells,inhibiting pathological neovascularization,improving hemorheology,regulating blood lipid levels,and promoting the repair of retinal microstructure.However,the precise mechanisms underlying its preventive and therapeutic actions in DR remain incom-pletely understood.This review provides an overview of recent advances in the pharmacodynamic material basis,pharmacological activities,and associated mechanisms of CDDP.It aims to offer a scientific foundation for the clinical application and further de-velopment of CDDP,as well as for the research and development of novel therapies for diabetic retinopathy.关键词
