Abstract
The unbalanced quotation of projects without engineering quantity is currently not regulated by relevant national laws and regulations.This paper relies on a construction site restoration project of a power station to analyze the legal effectiveness of unbalanced pricing.It analyzes the basis and sources of three legal effectiveness theories:effective theory,invalid theory,and relatively effective theory.It proposes methods and calculation principles for handling unbalanced pricing of projects without engineering quantity,analyzes and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of different handling methods,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.关键词
