中枢神经系统淋巴引流在缺血性卒中中的研究进展
Research progress on central nervous system lymphatic drainage in ischemic stroke
摘要
Abstract
Ischemic stroke is a cerebrovascular disease with high morbidity,high disability and high mortality.The lymphatic drainage of the central nervous system plays an important role in maintaining the homeostasis of the brain and regulating immune function,which opens up a new perspective for the exploration of pathological mechanism and clinical treatment after ischemic stroke.Through the glymphatic system material exchange pathway,meningeal lymphatic vessels,and deep cervical lymph node drainage channels,the lymphatic drainage system can coordinate the regulation of cerebrospinal fluid circulation,remove metabolic waste,transport immune cells and participate in key pathological links such as cerebral edema,blood-brain barrier destruction and neuroinflammation after ischemic stroke.This article reviewed the composition and function of the lymphatic drainage system of the central nervous system,and expounds its mechanism of action in the development of ischemic stroke,in order to provide a new research direction for the treatment of ischemic stroke.关键词
