Discussion on optimization and high-quality development of walnut industry in China
摘要
Abstract
Walnut is one of the key woody oil-bearing crops in China,and the development of the walnut industry plays a pivotal role in safeguarding national grain and oil security and optimizing agricultural structure.In this study,the main walnut-producing areas in China were divided into four major regions,namely Northwest China,Southwest China,North China and East China,according to the geographical distribution characteristics of walnut yield.The industrial scale,main cultivated varieties and fruit quality of each region were elaborated in detail.From the perspective of ecological adaptability,the walnut cultivation technical systems for different producing areas were summarized,including core technologies such as planting mode selection,soil-fertilizer-water integrated management,and pest and disease control.From the dimension of processing and utilization,the nutritional components and health benefits of walnut were analyzed,and the key technologies including fresh walnut storage,oil extraction and protein processing were systematically reviewed.Aiming at the bottlenecks in the develop-ment of the whole industrial chain,comprehensive countermeasures covering planting optimization,processing upgrading and market expansion were put forward so as to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for promoting the quality improve-ment,efficiency enhancement and high-quality development of China's walnut industry.关键词
