窝眼式半夏排种器关键部件优化设计与研究
Optimization design and research on key components of nest-eye type pinellia tuber seed-metering device

Abstract
To meet the urgent need for mechanized planting of pinellia tuber and enhance the performance of existing seeding equipment,a nest-eye type seed-metering device for pinellia tuber was developed.Based on analyses of seed-filling behavior and seed-throwing trajectory,the key structural parameters of the device were determined,adopting a three-row hole arrangement in a staggered triangular configuration.Using the qualified index,missed index,and multiple index as evaluation criteria,a quadratic rotational orthogonal composite test was carried out through discrete element simulation.A mathematical regression model was established to describe the relationships between the device parameters and the evaluation indices.The results clarified how seed wheel speed,number of holes per row,seed guide tube inclination angle,and their interactions affect seeding performance.Multi-objective optimization identified the optimal parameter combination as a seed wheel speed of 26.25 r/min,28 holes per row,and seed guide tube inclination angle of 43.81°,yielding a qualified index of 95.20%,a missed index of 4.92%,and multiple index of 4.45%.Field experiments further verified the model predictions.Under the optimized parameter settings and within an operating speed range of 0.3-0.7 m/s,meeting the agronomic requirements for pinellia tuber sowing.关键词
