摘要

Abstract

To screen key indicators for drought resistance evaluation in oil flax seedlings and identify drought-tolerant varieties,20 oil flax varieties from diverse origins were subjected to PEG-6000 solution(simulating drought stress)and distilled water(control).Seed germination and seedling growth parame-ters were measured.Through principal component analysis and D-value-based cluster analysis,four core drought resistance indicators were identified:relative germination index,relative sprouting index,relative shoot elongation,and relative dry matter transfer rate.Cluster analysis classified the varieties into three categories:strong drought resistance(Yiya 4,iran159,Egypt62,1159pi1181058),moderate drought resistance(Lunxuan 3,Cfresbr21101,Yiya 6,Baya 6,Sumper sky 2dar,ty21,Yiya 3,JWS,Hunga-ry244,France319,ArtenTine),and drought sensitivity(Wuya 17,Ningya 21,Xinya 1,Longya 8,Ningya 18).This study provides a scientific foundation for drought-resistant breeding of oil flax.
