Study on Short-Flow and Intelligentization of Ramie Spinning
摘要
Abstract
Based on the characteristics of ramie fiber,this paper reviews key technologies for impro-ving its spinnability,including measures such as fiber softening treatment and stretch-breaking.Their crucial role in achieving short-process spinning is discussed.In line with current intelligent manufactur-ing trends,the application status and prospects of automated equipment,intelligent sensing and quality monitoring,Manufacturing Execution Systems(MES),and industrial internet platforms in ramie spin-ning are elaborated.Finally,it proposes a concrete technical pathway for the integrated development of short-process and intelligent ramie spinning.关键词
