Abstract
To enhance ramie degumming efficiency and reduce labor intensity,linear decortication technology has been adopted to replace traditional disk-type decortication.This study analyzes the techni-cal advantages and application value of linear decorticators from perspectives of operational principles,structural design,and production performance.Through comparative evaluation of productivity and fiber quality against conventional disk-type decorticators,the superiority of linear decortication in ramie de-gumming is demonstrated.Based on operational outcomes and identified challenges,recommendations for mechanical improvements and future development directions are proposed.关键词
