Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the effects of compound probiotics on growth performance,carcass traits,and intestinal barrier function in fattening pigs.432 DLY pigs(35.91±0.74 kg)were randomly divided into 4 groups(9 replicates×12 pigs)and fed with experimental diets supplemented with 0,1,2,and 4×109 CFU/kg CPs,respectively.The pre-trial lasted for 3 days,and the main trial lasted for 98 days.Results:60~90 kg:Compared to the CON group,the FBW of the 2×109 CFU/kg group significantly increased by 3.99%(P<0.05),ADG significantly increased by 8.89%and 5.56%in the 2×109 CFU/kg and 4×109 CFU/kg groups,respectively,and the F/G significantly decreased by 7.79%and 5.26%(P<0.05).90~125 kg:The FBW of the 2×109 CFU/kg group significantly increased by 3.69%(P<0.05),ADFI significantly increased by 3.15%and 2.52%in the 2 and 4×109 CFU/kg groups,respectively.35~125 kg:The ADG significantly increased by 4.81%in the 2×109 CFU/kg group(P<0.05),and the F/G significantly decreased by 3.25%(P<0.05).Carcass weight and eye muscle area significantly increased in the 2×109 CFU/kg group(P<0.05),while leaf fat weight and drip loss significantly decreased in the 2 and 4×109 CFU/kg groups(P<0.05),pH 24 h and a* significantly increased(P<0.05),and shear force significantly decreased in the 1 and 2×109 CFU/kg groups(P<0.05).DAO content significantly decreased in the 1~4×109 CFU/kg groups(P<0.05),and D-LA content significantly decreased in the 2×109 CFU/kg group(P<0.05).Jejunum:The mRNA levels of ZO-1 in the 2 and 4×109 CFU/kg groups,Claudin-1 and Occludin in the 2×109 CFU/kg group,and MUC2 in the 1~4×109 CFU/kg groups were significantly upregulated(P<0.05).Ileum:The mRNA levels of ZO-1 in the 2×109 CFU/kg group,and MUC-2 in the 2 and 4×109 CFU/kg groups were significantly upregulated(P<0.05).Conclusion:2×109 CFU/kg CPs have the effect of enhancing the intestinal barrier function and production performance of fattening pigs.关键词
