油菜气吹式精量集排器设计与试验
Design and experiment of air-blowing precision centralized metering device for rapeseed

Abstract
Aiming at the problem of low seeding accuracy caused by the difficulty in seeds cleaning in traditional mechanical rapeseed collection and discharge device,a rapeseed air-blowing precision collection and discharge device was designed to clear seeds through air blowing.A planting roller with a"semi slope"shaped hole structure suitable for air blown seed cleaning was proposed,and the structural parameters of the type hole and planting roller were analyzed and determined.A mechanical model of the planting process of the rapeseed air blown precision metering device was constructed,and the planting process of the metering device was elucidated.The results of the bench single factor test showed that when the rotational speed range was 10 to 30 r/min,the filling height range was 15 to 25 mm,and the cleaning wind speed range was 8.23 to 12.33 m/s,the seeding performance was better,and the seed damage rate was less than 0.3%.By using the Box Behnken Design response surface optimization design method to optimize the target,the optimal factor level combination was determined as follows:clearing wind speed of 8.23 m/s,filling height of 19.78 mm,and seeding roller rotational speed of 29.34 r/min.Under this parameter combination,the coefficient of variation for row displacement consistency was 4.48%,and the coefficient of variation for seeding uniformity was 5.12%.Under the optimal parameter combination,the coefficient of variation of rapeseed sowing uniformity was measured to be 11.97%in field experiments,with an average planting density of 47 to 62 plants/m2,meeting the requirements for precision sowing of rapeseed.关键词
