Abstract
Objective To compare and analyze the effects of single-incision laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer on postoperative recovery and serum tumor markers in patients with colorectal cancer(CRC).Methods Clinical data of 81 patients with CRC who underwent surgery in our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were collected.According to different surgical methods,they were divided into the observation group(42 cases)and the control group(39 cases).The observation group received single-incision laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer,while the control group received conventional laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer.Surgical indicators,stress indicators and levels of tumor markers were compared between the two groups.Results Intestinal function recovery time,the first exhaust time and intraoperative blood loss in the observation group were all less than those in the control group(P<0.05).After operation,the levels of soluble cytokeratin 19 fragment(CYFRA21-1),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)in both groups showed a decreasing trend,but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).On the 7th day after operation,the levels of norepinephrine(NE),neuro-peptide Y(NPY)and cortisol(COR)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of Pain and quality of life(QOL)were also better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Single-incision laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer in patients with CRC can reduce postoperative pain,improve tumor marker levels,enhance QOL and accelerate the rehabilitation process.关键词
