摘要
Abstract
This study systematically evaluated the effects of sodium butyrate at different doses on the growth performance, muscle amino acid composition, and anti-inflammatory properties of weaned piglets.A total of 200 weaned piglets aged 28 days(8.50±0.50 kg)were randomly divided into 4 groups, each with 5 replicates of 10 piglets. The control group was fed a basal diet, while the experimental groups received diets supplemented with 250,500,and 1000 mg/kg sodium butyrate, respectively. The trial lasted for 42 days. The results showed that compared with the control group, the final body weights in the 500 mg/kg and 1000 mg/kg sodium butyrate groups significantly increased by 4.2%and 7.5%(P<0.05),respectively;the average daily gains significantly improved by 9.8%and 13.6%(P<0.05),respectively;and the feed-to-gain ratios significantly decreased by 6.7%and 9.2%(P<0.05),respectively.Serum inflammation indicators showed that the TNF-α levels in the 500 mg/kg and 1000 mg/kg groups significantly decreased by 23.0%and 27.1%(P<0.05),respectively;the IL-1β levels significantly declined by 20.1%and 25.5%(P<0.05),respectively;and the IL-10 levels significantly increased by 33.3%and 35.9%(P<0.05),respectively.Regarding muscle amino acid composition, the lysine content in the 500 mg/kg and 1000 mg/kg groups significantly increased by 8.3%and 13.5%(P<0.05),respectively;while the glutamate content significantly rose by 9.7%and 14.3%(P<0.05),respectively.In summary, dietary supplementation with 500-1000 mg/kg sodium butyrate can effectively improve the growth performance of weaned piglets, alleviate inflammatory responses, and optimize muscle quality, with the 1000 mg/kg dose providing the most comprehensive benefits.关键词
