基于医院-社区-家庭多元联动模式的康复护理管理在AD患者中的应用效果
Application Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing Management based on Hospital-Community-Family Multiple Linkage Model in AD Patients

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of rehabilitation nursing management based on hospital-community-family multiple linkage model in patients with Alzheimer's disease(AD).Method:A total of 82 patients with AD admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January to December 2024 were selected.They were divided into a control group(n=41,received conventional nursing management)and an observation group(n=41,received rehabilitation nursing management based on hospital-community-family multiple linkage model on the basis of conventional nursing management)using a random number table method.Both groups were intervened for 6 months.The scores of Barthel index(BI),mini mental state examination(MMSE),Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA)and Chinese version of family caregiving ability for elderly patients in the two groups were compared.Result:Before the intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of BI,MMSE,MoCA,and the Chinese version of family caregiving ability for elderly patients between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of BI,MMSE,MoCA,and the Chinese version of family caregiving ability for elderly patients in both groups were higher than those before the intervention(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of BI,MMSE,MoCA,and the Chinese version of family caregiving ability for elderly patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation nursing management based on hospital-community-family multiple linkage model can enhance self-care ability and cognitive function of patients with AD,and improve the caregiving ability of caregivers.关键词
