Research progress on pharmacological action and mechanism of Polygonati Rhizoma saponins
摘要
Abstract
Polygonati Rhizoma saponins the primary bioactive constituents of the traditional Chinese medicinal herb Polygona-tum,exhibit a broad spectrum of pharmacological activities.Accumulating evidence has demonstrated that these saponins possess antidiabetic,antitumor,neuroprotective,antidepres-sant,immunomodulatory,antiviral,antibacterial,and anti-inflammatory effects.This review provides a systematic over-view of the pharmacological effects and underlying molecular mechanisms of Polygonati Rhizoma saponins,aiming to offer a theoretical foundation for their potential clinical applications and the development of novel therapeutic agents.关键词
