异维A酸联合30%水杨酸治疗中重度痤疮的临床效果及安全性分析
Clinical Efficacy and Safety Analysis of Isotretinoin Combined with 30%Salicylic Acid in the Treatment of Moderate to Severe Acne

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of Isotretinoin combined with 30%Salicylic Acid in the treatment of moderate to severe acne.Method:Seventy patients with moderate to severe acne who visited the Department of Dermatological Cosmetology of Xinyu People's Hospital from January 2024 to May 2025 were selected and divided into a combined group(n=35,treated with Isotretinoin+30%Salicylic Acid)and a control group(n=35,treated with Isotretinoin)according to the random number table method.The total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.The global acne grading system(GAGS)score,the level of sebum content on the face,numerical rating scale(NRS)score of facial aesthetics,and the dermatology life quality index(DLQI)score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The adverse reactions of the two groups during treatment were recorded.Result:After 6 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate in the combined group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 weeks of treatment,the GAGS score,DLQI score,and the level of sebum content on the face in the combined group were lower than those in the control group,while the NRS score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rates of various local reactions and dyslipidemia in the combined group were higher than those in the control group,but the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).No serious systemic adverse reactions occurred in either group.Conclusion:Isotretinoin combined with 30%Salicylic Acid has a definite effect on the treatment of moderate to severe acne,it can significantly alleviate acne symptoms of patients,improve facial aesthetics and the quality of life,and does not increase adverse reactions.关键词
