Treating Allergic Rhino-conjunctivitis Based on the"Latent Pathogen Theory"
摘要
Abstract
Allergic rhino-conjunctivitis,a common clinical allergic disease,significantly plagues patients'lives due to its characteristics of recurrent attacks and refractory course.The core pathogenesis of allergic rhino-conjunctivitis can be summarized as"deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,and disease caused by latent pathogens",which is specifically manifested:"Congenital insufficiency with latent pathogens in Shaoyin"is the genetic and constitutional basis for the onset;"Prolonged latent pathogens leading to deficiency of both Shaoyang and Shaoyin"is the core process of disease protraction and visceral dysfunction;"External pathogens invading the Lung and inducing latent pathogens"is the direct inducement of acute symptom attacks.The treatment should follow the principle of"stage-based treatment with simultaneous consideration of origin and superficiality".In the acute attack stage,the main treatment is to"disperse wind,ventilate lung,warm and diffuse latent pathogens",while in the remission stage and chronic protracted stage,the emphasis is on"strengthening the body to tonify deficiency and regulate the zangfu organs".The specific therapeutic methods include"warming and diffusing latent pathogens","dispersing wind and ventilating lung"and"strengthening the body to tonify deficiency".This article explores the advantages of treating allergic rhino-conjunctivitis under the guidance of the"latent pathogen theory",aiming to provide ideas and references for improving the clinical treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine for this disease.关键词
