Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the combination therapy of flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy and flexible negative pressure suction sheath for renal calculi.Method:From January 2023 to December 2024,100 cases of renal calculi who treated in Gao'an People's Hospital were selected and divided into two groups with random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group were provided with flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy,and on this basis,the observation group additionally took flexible negative pressure suction sheath on the basis of the control group.The comparisons were performed on perioperative indicators,renal function,levels of inflammatory factors in both groups.The two groups were evaluated and compared in terms of postoperative pain degree.The stone clearance rate and incidence of complications were statistically analyzed and compared in both groups.Result:The observation group had less intraoperative blood loss,shorter operation time and postoperative double-J stent placement time than those of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group obtained higher stone clearance rate and lower incidence of complications compared with those of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group demonstrated lower postoperative 6,24 and 48 h VAS scores than those of the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in Scr and BUN between the two groups before the operation and one week after the operation(P>0.05).The observation group achieved lower postoperative 24 h procalcitonin(PCT),WBC and CRP than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy combined with flexible negative pressure suction sheath for patients with renal calculi can reduce intraoperative blood loss,shorten the operation time and postoperative catheterization time,alleviate postoperative pain and inflammatory responses,improve the stone clearance rate,reduce the incidence of complications,and does not affect renal function.关键词
