虫类药在儿童常见眼科疾病中的临床应用
Clinical Application of Insect Medicines in Common Pediatric Ophthalmic Diseases

Abstract
Insect medicines are widely used in the treatment of common pediatric ophthalmic diseases.This article systematically reviews recent literature on the clinical application of insect medicines in common pediatric eye disorders,elaborating on theoretical basis,clinical disease types,mechanisms of action,and future prospects.Current studies indicate that insect medicines such as Periostracum cicadae,Bombyx batryticatus,Pheretima,and Scorpio possess effects include-ing"dispelling wind and relieving itching","calming wind and relieving convulsion","resolving toxicity and dissipating nodules"and"dredging collaterals and alleviating pain".They play a unique role in treating common pediatric eye diseases such as allergic conjunctivitis,blinking dis-order,and hordeolum,often demonstrating superior efficacy compared to Western Medicine alone,with an overall favorable safety profile.Pharmacological research suggests that insect medicines are rich in various bioactive components,which may exert therapeutic effects through multiple pathways,including anti-allergic,anti-inflammatory,antispasmodic,immunomodulatory,and microcirculation-improving actions.This article may provide a reference for the clinical applica-tion of insect medicines in pediatric ophthalmology.关键词
