一测多评法同时测定双黄连可溶性粉中4种成分的含量
Simultaneous Determination of Four Constituents in Shuanghuanglian Soluble Powder by QAMS

Abstract
To establish a method of quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker(QAMS)for the determination and evaluation of four constituents(Chlorogenic Acid,Forsythoside A,Baicalin and Baicalein)in Shuanghuanglian Soluble Powder.Baicalin was used as internal reference substance,and the relative correction factors(RCF)of Chlorogenic Acid,Forsythoside A,and Baicalein to Baicalin were calculated and evaluated.The content of the four components were determined by the external standard method(ESM)and QAMS,respectively.The difference between the two methods was compared to verify the feasibility of the method.The RCF of Chlorogenic Acid,Forsythoside A,and Baicalein to Baicalin were 1.477,0.869 and 1.513,respectively.There was no significant differences between the results of external standard method and QAMS,and the relative error was less than 0.9%.The method is simple and accurate with high specificity,which can be used to determine the content of Chlorogenic Acid,Forsythoside A,Baicalin and Baicalein in Shuanghuanglian Soluble Powder.关键词
